Once this stage is complete, each employee continues with specialized training related to their area of expertise (phase 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">We invite you to use the training plan checklist on monday.com to track your progress. Feel free to contact your mentor or managing-director if you have any questions.
